MPNP issued 348 invitations to skilled workers and international graduates in its latest round to two major streams, which showed the province was consistently attracting global talent. Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Invitation Breakdown Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO) Stream: Manitoba issued 79 Letters of Advice to Apply in the Skilled Workers Overseas category. The applicants were from the Strategic Recruitment Initiative, which focuses on skilled professionals abroad who are in high demand in specific key roles in Manitoba’s emerging industries.
