On June 5, 2023, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held new rounds of invitations in Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream.  The province issued 278 Invitations to Apply to candidates working in the healthcare, educational, and financial sectors. The Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) range of candidates who received the Notification of Interest (NOI) from the OINP was 312-487 points.  In addition, the province invited 139 candidates working in tech, trades, or other priority occupations with CRS scores between 348-487.  In 2023, Ontario issued 19,198 invitations to eligible candidates under all streams of the OINP.   Candidates working in the healthcare, educational, and financial sectors NOCs The following national occupational classification (NOC) codes were assigned to candidates with work experience, and they received NOIs. construction   French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Programme (OINP) has an immigration path called the Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker route. It offers up the possibility for talented French speakers with strong English language skills to apply for permanent residence and employment in Ontario.
